Program staff at Colorado UpLift undertake a challenging schedule that includes daily teaching of classes and after-school mentoring of students.
 
For a teacher/mentor position with Colorado UpLift, you must have a valid driver’s license, documented youth work experience and the flexibility to work nights and/or weekends.
 
If you are interested in employment with Colorado UpLift, please submit a resume to Colorado UpLift Human Resources via email, mail or in person to the UpLift office.  Include a cover letter indicating the job position requested along with letters of recommendation and references. 
 
Resumes and other submitted materials will not be returned. Letters of recommendation should primarily come from sources other than family members.  Recommendation letters are most credible when provided by community and youth organizations (including religious organizations), school personnel, current or former UpLift staff, friends of UpLift or anyone familiar with your work with youth.
 
When a position becomes available, qualified and approved applicants may be contacted and invited to complete an application form.  All applicants are required to submit to a background check. 
 
Upon a successful review of all the information provided, applicants may subsequently be invited to participate in a series of interviews with UpLift staff.
